On the shelves..

Meat free varieties have been in hiding... until now.

As it turns out, being vegetarian might be very on trend right now, but the variety of meat free alternatives has existed for far longer.

Apparently, the brand Quorn has existed since 1985 when it was launched in Britain.
Surprisingly, it has been going strong ever since.
However it was launched to the Australian consumer, according to its website, in 2010.

Some of the variety includes mince, sausage rolls, tikka marsala and rice as well as dippers that look suspiciously like nuggets to me.

As a vegetarian ready to give it a go, and placing it on my shopping list, means that Quorn will open my eyes to more vegetarian delights.
