So while the men’s movies get a little naughty, and the women catching up to this trend, there are the kid’s films returning to the roots of classics, by kids standards anyway.
It’s not a bad thing, just an interesting division as the world of family and older films grows wider.
Some of the latest incarnation for the silver screen for kiddie flicks has been Yogi Bear and The Smurfs with the Adventures of Tintin coming to a cinema near you in the Christmas rush.
To be honest with you all, the return to shows I used to watch brings up nostalgia, and of course, can result in another paying customer.
I think that even though they are aimed at kids, times like these we need to indulge in something trashy or a little childish, and so the humble pie of old retro movies is now, coming to a cinema near you.
