Let me introduce you to Wilfred

The American adaptation of Wilfred is about a man and a dog.

A dog that smokes pot and bangs a bear, that is.

Starring Jason Gann as the loveable but also very detestable Wilfred and Elijah Wood (a.k.a Frodo) as Ryan, a man who can’t get his life together at the beginning of the season, it revolves around the shenagins shared between a man and man’s best friend.
But what if man’s best friend could talk? Which Wilfred does.

But to clarify to you all, Ryan is the only resident and character who sees Wilfred as an
Australian man in a hairy dog suit, but also hear his offensive whips and quips.
Each episode begins in what I’d like to consider a sober beginning, a quote that relates to the topic of the episode. But that’s where the seriousness, in most cases, ends.

I am an Office fan, so Wilfred matches the sense of humour, if anything, makes me laugh even more and more consistently.

The chemistry between the two actors is clear to see which one reason to why the show
works is, the other being that the programme’s content is fresh for it is new content, uncensored if you will to the norms of media.

Originally Wilfred started out as an Australian show on SBS but was transferred to American audiences.

All I can say ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to Wilfred, an American show that works.
