Can't fight this feeling

The food- sleep ratio is a bitch.

In those words I have summed my article up and could finish here, but let me reassure you readers, what is the point of a post when you begin at the end when you haven’t read the beginning?

As a university student, pulling an all nighter is a common norm, but to do it without the use of alcohol, coffee or caffeine tablets etc, is the rarity, like finding the needle in the haystack.

The Daily Red is that very needle.

After studying or writing all night and your hand begins to cramp (from writing, though I do have my doubts about others) all you want to do is sleep.

So you do.

But waking up at the usual hour or that little bit later,, you go to eat breakfast, and so the dog day begins, soberly of course.

Eating at times your body doesn’t lie proves two things; one, us humans, we don’t like change, and two; those pains can be worse that a cramp in the foot, or hand.

I have no answers, I get this problem all the time, so I think that if I do not eat then the pain won’t be there, but it makes you feel like you need to eat something but then that makes you feeling like chundering in the hall.

What is a uni student to do when the food-sleep ratio is thrown out of the park like when you find a dirty condom?

Fruit helps, but sparingly though.

Most of the time  the pain goes away after a good night’s sleep so perhaps not getting drunk and going out is the best idea (it is not the end of the world $3 spirits will be there next week).

The food-sleep ratio is a challenge, like a cranky friend, you have to put up with it, call it (or them) a bitch then it will all be alright the next day.

Hang in there readers!
