At the best of times, foods such as salmon, macaroons and those
fancy noodles are all the rage which gets the tastebuds more excited than your
map of Tassie at the sight of John Stamos.
However, like we need with work or university, a break is
also needed from some, and mostly the elaborate foods.
You know the moment when you need a break from it, the food
tastes too rich and your stomach can’t stomach it.
So what is a foodie to do in times of despair?
Have an emergency kit, revert back to the vegemite, the jam,
snags in bread and sandwiches in general, yes, the fall of pita bread wraps
must occur!
