Is it just me or does everything contain nuts?
I open a packet of veggies, healthy yes, disconcerting there
may contain “trace of nuts” in there though.
Needless to say I am not a fan of nuts, of any kind so when
seen on a meal or my taste buds (more attentive than customs) detect them, the
only way to relieve myself of the
flavour is to eject them from the mouth.
So it sucks when I want to eat Indian cuisine especially
when all the flavour comes from a peanut satay, I can’t very well ask them to
take the peanuts out of the peanut satay can I?
There lies the rub my dear readers.
What do you do when you like a food so dearly but has one
element you just cannot stand, without it makes the meal a contradiction...
imagine asking for a cheeseburger without the cheese, or a lobster salad without the lobster.
So at what point do you cave into to the dislikes of food in
order to eat the meal, or do you brush it aside politely?
Oh nuts! What a conundrum!
