Not long until all of the GreenEdge cyclists have been
announced.
The latest two have been rising stars and already noted
names in their own right, Leigh Howard and Wesley Sulzberger.
Howard, who departed his team HTC Highroad after it ends its
tenure as a cycling sponsor at the end of the year cites patriotism and the
experience he can learn from other cycling aficionados.
Sulzberger, who left the French Team Francaise Des Jeux for
the Aussie contingent and the first Australian, based team. He has already
garnered experience in riding a few grand tours including the biggie; Le Tour
De France as well as a spate of One day classics.
GreenEdge, having signed nearly all of the 28 riders are set
to have plenty of options for the future and even as a team in its inaugural year
are going to be looking in good shape with riders such as Stuart O’Grady and Robbie McEwen at the
helm to teach the youngsters .
Can’t wait to see who else is signed in the coming weeks!
