The Aussie rider, Mark Renshaw has signed with team Rabobank
and in doing so, will become an unofficial Ranga.
Why?
The team’s outfit is a distinct colour of orange that puts
even Prime Minister Julia Gillard’s crop to shame.
So ladies, how will the boy from Bathurst look in a new
shade of team colours?
The move away from Mark Cavendish will mean direct
competition between the two men, who for the past three years have played out the perfect partnership.
Cavendish has always credited Renshaw for being the best lead-out man in
the competition and is the perennial sidekick to the super human sprinting ability
of Cav.
It will be interesting to see how the lads compete against
one another, and sure enough the media will make this something to remember for
next year’s tour de France.
