The alternatives for a meat less eater have emerged, and become far more modern than the humble plate of veggies.
Today you can purchase vegetarian varieties of sausages, of burger patties and yes, even of bacon.
I have tasted all three, and while there is no conjecture about burgers having vegetarian or “lighter” options, it is the other two that I have qualms with.
Both taste like the meat counterparts, so I wonder, is there something not listed in the ingredients of what makes these foods, or am I merely substituting after not having meat for a while?
