A Sponge Cake kind of doughnut


The new range of the Betty Crocker’s baking goods has proven, despite the price to be a delicious and filling snack.

The “Whoopie Pies” which are essentially sponge cake with the icing and sprinkles sandwiched in the middle.

The result of the inverted cake is delicious but far too indulgent for going back for seconds.

They are simple to make but perhaps the instruction of using a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture onto the oven trays is an awry decision with the outcome results in rather large pie cakes.


Probably  a 7/10 for this one
