The Awry Pasta Made


Belissimo! This Christmas, the Daily Red bought a pasta maker after months of to-ing and fro-ing about the object, it is finally mine, ALL MINE!

It was on the first day of the new year that I felt compelled to make me some pasta, and what better than to do it for lunch?

Cooking it was not too hard, rather it was the cutting of it, and the shaping to ensure that it would cook well that was the hardest and perhaps most fiddliest of all.

While it tasted homemade, I wouldn’t say I’m on the verge of a pasta renaissance but who knows, practice makes perfect!
