There has been more developments in the plight of both WikiLeaks and Julian Assange.
In the first piece of news, the Judge overseeing the Bradley Manning case has had speculatively speaking, bias in the case. The lawyers defending Manning had asked for the judge to be removed.
In the second piece of news, the dates for Julian Assange’s final appeal in the British Supreme Court have been set. It will be heard over two days in early February.
The third, and final piece of news is that an Australian Greens Senator, Scott Ludlam had visited Swedish Officials in order to ensure that the human and consular rights of Julian Assange are upheld with the possibility looming that he may be extradited to Sweden if his final appeal fails.
