While I love a pudding from the tin, home made with chucks of oozing chocolate is the way to go.
As I briefed you all last night, the homemade pudding was a success perhaps a little too intoxicating even for the chocolate lover that I am.
After a dinner of Indian cuisine (which was delectably good) I finished off by the pudding, with was spongy and chunks of chocolate that seemed hard, and then bitten oozed like a fondant centre.
It was pudding that makes most pudding seem a little dull, though I’d like if there were more sauce to surround the food, it was slightly indulgent so only a little could be consumed, but paired with fresh strawberries, and vanilla (or French Vanilla) ice cream, this would be the best way to finish of a gorgeous dinner party.
