Not Owning a TV

While I buck the trend of the TEAC as my best friend on campus at University, it is something of a revelation now to watch anything on TV.

It was never a time when I felt a TV was needed, after all, my computer could all that I wanted it to do.

As a consequence it was that I became both acquainted and adjusted to no commercial breaks.

So you can imagine what happened when I watched the movie Ghost Town on seven, there
I was, watching the film and it was getting to the crux, and then bam! Ad break.

It takes some getting used as well as noticing what shows you have missed (both good and bad, but mainly the latter).

Turns out not owning a TV is not a terrible thing, especially when wanting to watch a movie, without the break, and then at least you can pause it.
