Cycling in the land down under often has our riders spanning across the countries to which has it hard to locate some of our bigger names.
Sure, we know that Cadel is still with BMC (an American based team) and with the emergence of GreenEdge making it easier to locate a few of the riders, I thought it best to update you on the latest signing of the Australian riders.
It has been confirmed that Matthew Lloyd (the cyclist and not the footballer) has signed to the Italian Team, ISD Lampre ( the team with the pink and blue outfits) for the next two years.
Lloyd has, in the past ridden for defending champion of Le Tour De France, Cadel Evans as well as being out of the race for the past seasons due to injury.
So readers, what do you think? A good move by Lampre?
