Night cooking with rice; not so nice


I love rice; I do but when you’re cooking at 10pm bad things happen to a delightful dish.

Last night it was all going so well until I cracked an egg (went downhill for Humpty, it did for me too).

Turns out, beating its with the measurement spoon probably not my most Einstein moment, so when it came to cooking this half mixed egg in the pan it stuck and didn’t cook, the whites still showed.

To put it into perspective, my egg looked less yellow and more Jackson Pollock painting.

Yep, I am artist but not a chef.

Well, I am a uni student, so I do have an excuse, don’t I?
