All the cheese in the world

Romantic films, they make you laugh, smile fondly, get hot under the collar but above all, make you cry so much so that you have no longer got control over your quivering lips.

I love a good film that tugs at the heartstrings, that yanks me from the couch to grap the tissues and to think “thank god no-one’s watching me” or “how many bloody dust bunnies do I have in this room?”.

But what comes with these epic romances is the cheesiness, there is no nutty flavour but I hear that it goes rather well with a bog ass block of Cadbury.

Romantic films are notoriously cheesy, but we, women keep coming back for more, perhaps for Gerard Butler? To use it as a way to cry in an acceptable manner? Heck, just to get a big dose of female hormones.

Sometimes, it is nice to go back to watching a film, laughing, crying, and yelling even, even if it is just for 90 mintes or so.

Turns out, not all cheese is bad for you.
