Burgers- with flavour

For every food out there and known to man, it comes with its very own flavours.

And so in recent years the burger has evolved from a Bogan Friday Brunch or dinner to something even vegetarians and dieters will not have a freak out about.

No longer is the burger exclusive to the land of the lard or to those with a hangover.

The burger has transcended into the land of the gourmet, probably making the French loathe the Americans for another thing.

But who’s to say change in the food isn’t good?

After all, we buy new bread to replace what get’s stale.

Plus, having a vibrant sphere of food that changes as quickly as it arrives is something to be eager for, rather than become stagnant with the same feta and mango salad.

The burger for vegetarians is something that I have preferred over the meatier versions, instead of after eating the meat laden burger, and nagging feelings laying low in the stomach to head to the loo.

The meat free alternative is so much better, for both the lips and the hips!

But it is clear to see with the variety that burgers come in, that there is a new rise of the burgers coming, one usurping what we immediately think a burger is meant to be like.

And that’s a good thing.
