The salaries of politicians are contentious enough, bring in
their travel expenses and there you have a constant argument of how much is
enough?
In recent days there has been two incidents occurring to the
foreign minister Kevin Rudd has notched up an extensive travel docket and two,
allegedly the Prime Minister Julia
Gillard is instructing to rein in these
expenses.
So, it begs the question, how much travelling is enough, or
not enough?
When does diplomacy cross the line into becoming exorbitant,
and how necessary is foreign diplomacy?
