Dressing up the Brownlow

Once upon the time sport and merely the sport was the centre of attention, but today all the perceived glitz and glamour takes the whole hog.

So instead of a tanned hide of football, all we get on footy’s night of nights, is a tanned hide, or three.

So with this in mind, comes the news (or excitement, whatever your viewpoint) that the blue carpet showing of sexy and savvy but utterly pointless WAG (wives and girlfriends) fashion display.

You have to hand it to these women; they make the soccer mum look ordinary.

So what captivates women with these lasses?

The dresses of course, and that they are dating good looking, dashing and strong men.

So as the Brownlow hits the Crown Casino on Monday night we get more ladies and dresses than the actual medal count which is going to be delayed to have more of the gowns.
