The thing about yoghurt

In square, circle or even min tubs lays a precious substance, one that’s taste can quench hunger and thirst at the same time.
What am I talking about? Yoghurt, of course.

Coming in a range of flavours and even machines to make it yourself  it is the one staple that can suit everyone, like a good pair of jeans, and following with this analogy, yoghurt, like jeans can be expensive.

So how can the university student, living on a diet of foods that is more processed than globalisation afford this food that I place on a pedestal?

Some yoghurt’s are too watery, and not worth the price to be honest but then there are others that taste so thick and delightful but what do they do? Well, one of two things; hike the price up making the bull style of economy seem like an understatement. Or they rip it off the market, just when you acquire a taste for it.
But alas there is a solution to this universal problem. Folks, simply make your way to and

Aldi store near you and buy one of the 2.79 tubs (yes, a tub of yoghurt under three bucks... I know, right?). I personally recommend the Raspberry yoghurt, it is thick and fruity but not so that it’s debateable if you are in fact consuming yoghurt.

It is the best yoghurt on the market so far, plus it makes a good frozen yoghurt, just simply pop it in the freezer for 24 hours or so, then take it out to thaw slightly and enjoy the delights.

Yoghurt has the Midas effect, if you will, for everything it is combined with, whether it is tandoori to muesli turns a meal from good to great.

So go on, get out there, and buy some yoghurt from Aldi, an affordable luxury that even Cleopatra would be rolling in her tomb about.
