A good sense of
humour, good eyes, and a sweet personality is the old 1, 2, 3 of what women
want in men.
But is that all
they really want?
Seems women want
money more than the men that make it, and this has brought about the term; gold
–diggers, heck there is so many even Kanye West wrote a song about them.
Over the years
we have seen the late Anna Nicole Smith marry and 80 year old... who happened
to be loaded, with money and not much else.
As well we have also seen in Australia, our own doctor Geoffrey Edelstein
marry the 20 something American called Brynne whose voice sounds awfully like Disney’s own Chip
and Dale chipmunks.
But through all
these marriages the one who epitomises the cradle snatching the most, almost
elevating his actions to mythical status is the one, the only, the silk Pyjama
wearing Hugh Hefner whose recent engagement to bunny Crystal Harris went pear
shaped before the wedding causing there to be no wedding at all.
So what matters
more to women, good humour, or the humour of having plenty of money and being
set up for life?
One thing that
attracts women is power, ah yes, the elusive trait of power.
After all, it
must be what attracts these women to these men old enough to be their
grandfathers. In what are oddball combinations power must be the rational
explanation.
If it is then it
would explain the “scented letters” that go to Wiki-Leaks founder Julian
Assange’s bail house. According to his safe-keeper, plenty of mail has come for
the embattled whistleblower and most of which has come from the opposite sex.
As well as these
letters, groupies, and female communes of eastern Europe have also set up camp
near the mansion where Assange is currently placed.
He isn’t the
most attractive of men, but that isn’t his is occupation no, it is to make
government and political institutions to be more transparent, and in doing so
here lies the power that women around the world are gushing over.
Power; it does
funny things to women.
