There are movies that often make you laugh but then are movies that seem more like a river where you pan for gold and as we all know, the odds are of finding that gold is both small and the size of it small.
The film Bridesmaids was released to high acclaim, that it was the female version to the successful Hangover franchise.
But alas, it is not.
There was one moment of sheer giggling and the associated hysteria, however there were other times of smiling to merely acknowledge the joke. It was, by all standards hilarious, perhaps it was more along the lines of being tedious.
So what made this movie a hilarity when all I see is a calamity of an overrated comedy?
