Now, as we all know, I have a preoccupation with pudding and because Christmas is rolling
around, well, pudding pandemonium has reached fever pitch.
Tonight I have made a chocolate self saucing pudding whereby the motivation has come from the fact that they have become so damn hard to find.
While the smell wafts through, and the chocolate melting upon the cocoa layers, I wait for it too cook.
I’ll shall let you know how the pudding goes tomorrow, because, the timer just wnet off!
