Finding the middle ground

Inevitably trying to make someone happy is impossible and heck even trying to do it to yourself is a task and a half.

Sometimes, we get so caught in thinking about who we are, and what we want to be
thought of as. Don’t deny, when you’re introducing yourself in class and the typical name/degree/ and say, favourite thing to do is asked of you, what do you do?

Most of time, definitely not thinking straight off the top of your head.
Rather we think about what will make us look better, have a better appearance and above all, stand out from the rest of the herd that we call a University class.

It’s a natural thing, to dress to impress in the linguistic sense.

However what gets me going is why we do it, then describe ourselves as “authentic” and “honest”.

Finding the middle ground in anything, but especially in how we are perceived, of course, it does not exist, but then why do we keep aiming for it?
