Richie Porte has confirmed that he is going to British
outfit Team Sky.
Believing that he will get opportunities there to win one
week stage races and so on sees Team Sky as his best chance to do just that.
However with the open secret that sprinter Mark Cavendish
will also join the squad it brings into question how the team will address
priorities considering that Bradley Wiggins, their team leader is a formidable
threat to the Overall victory.
So will the director of the team be seeing, and dream of
yellow, or green or both?
With Porte joining the team, and considered a rising star
with yellow in his future it makes the dynamics of Team Sky hold the mentality
that three stars is a crowd.
